Profile: Cecilia Runneboom is a CEPAR Research Consultant at the Centre for Transformative Work Design, Curtin University. She obtained her Bachelor's degree in Psychology at de Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam and her Master’s degree in Social and Organisational Psychology at Utrecht University, both in the Netherlands.
Cecilia is interested in psychological challenges, motivation, performance and well-being. Her research covers work design, motivation, and interpersonal processes and has been published in Small Group Research and the International Journal of Selection and Assessment. Within CEPAR, she focuses on mature workforces and develops work design interventions to facilitate organisational change.
