Sharon Parker recognised as Curtin University's Researcher of the Year

CEPAR Chief Investigator Professor Sharon Parker has been recognised as Curtin University's Researcher of the Year Award, in recognition of her outstanding leadership and research in her role as Director of the Centre for Transformative Work Design, based at Curtin’s Future of Work Institute

Professor Parker is a Kathleen Fitzpatrick Australian Research Council Laureate Fellow, and a John Curtin Distinguished Professor of Organizational Behavior at the Curtin Faculty of Business and Law. Her research in job and work design, as well as proactivity, mental health and job performance has had lasting impact on people and organisations.

Announced at the awards ceremony on November 28, Curtin University's 2023 Research and Engagement AwardsThe awards acknowledge research excellence and outstanding media engagement across different career stages and disciplines.
