CEPAR researchers, led by Chief Investigator Professor Sharon Parker, recently asked over 1,500 employed mature workers (over 45 years) how their work has changed as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic.

This brief report reveals how many more respondents are working from home, compared to pre-COVID times, which sectors reported the highest number of employee redeployments and how mature workers feel about this.
